REFUND POLICY At Malibu Oasis Hair Studio, we stand behind the quality of our services and want every client to be satisfied with their experience. If a client is dissatisfied with a service and a refund is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the circumstances of the service. Because each appointment involves professional time, labor, products, and supplies, the cost of products used and the time spent providing the service will be deducted from the original service price before any eligible refund is issued. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. When appropriate, Malibu Oasis Hair Studio may offer a correction or adjustment to the service before considering a monetary refund. Any approved refund will be calculated based on the portion of the service that remains after applicable labor, time, product, and supply costs have been accounted for. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible. By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.Business Hours

No show & cancellation.
We Understand-life is often unpredictable. We accept cancellation at anytime, but we respectfully request at least 24-hours notice to cancel your appointment you’ll be charge 50% of the service value.
Cancellations less than 1 hour
notice will be charged 100% of
the service value.
Note: All No-Show appointments
will be charged 100% of the
service value.
